I was referred to Pam by a friend and immediately enlisted her help in buying our first home. She is extremely professional, personable, and holds herself to the highest standards of service and ethics. We were impressed by her knowledgeable and speedy responses to our questions and noticed that she catered directly to our preferred method of communication (email) and always returned our emails and calls almost instantaneously. Pam clearly has extensive knowledge of the condo market in Vancouver. We observed this firsthand when we went out to look at properties with her. She was able to identify problems or issues with the properties we were viewing, but would always allow us the opportunity to make up our own minds about the property we viewed.
